Hampton Inn & Suites Jamestown

Everything is great here, had a FAIRLY NICE stay for the holidays. Its location is marvellous, next to the mountains, eating places and the restaurant attached at the far end, nice enough area.

I thoroughly enjoyed my reasonably large and well-equipped room with bathrooms, a refrigerator and shower. The hotel was really close to the Buffalo Mall, and other stores and restaurants like Applebees thanks to its convenient location.

The staff - some of them were not professional.

I really enjoyed my king room with mobility access—very spacious and clean! The gym was decent, and even though the breakfast could use more variety, I loved the smoothies they served. Overall, it was a good stay, but I wish the room photos matched the actual decor better—felt different! I'd definitely come back.

The staff was helpful, especially Deb, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The variety of breakfast options exceeded my expectations, making mornings enjoyable.

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful, even going so far as to provide ibuprofen when I needed it. There were thin, worn towels mixed with thicker ones in the bathroom, disappointing for a place of this caliber. The breakfast options did not meet expectations, lacking variety and freshness.

The pool area needed better maintenance as it was often dirty.

The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to see. The comfortable queen room with two queen beds was perfect for our family. The standout service came from the front desk, who even found me some ibuprofen to help me out. The breakfast and coffee were great!

The location was perfect, just a short drive to attractions. I stayed in a King Room, Non-Smoking, which wasvery comfy and tidy. The breakfast offered great choices. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A pleasant experience 😊
